Our consultation process

What to expect, step by step

A structured 5-stage process so every recommendation is grounded in real data about your child — not just one snapshot in a clinic.

  1. 1

    Initial consultation

A 60–90-minute call (online or in person) where we listen to the family's story, the child's developmental history, current concerns, and what success would look like. By the end of this conversation, you leave with clarity on whether and how a full clinical assessment should proceed — and what specific signals we would look for. No commitment beyond this session.

  2. 2

    Comprehensive assessment

We build a developmental profile across language, behavior, cognition, motor and ADL — combining direct observation, standardized screening (ASD, ADHD, language and cognitive instruments where indicated), and structured input from parents and existing therapists or teachers. The deliverable is a written clinical formulation explaining what we see, why it matters, and where to start.

  3. 3

    Individualized program design

Based on the assessment, we design an evidence-based program — ABA-style behavior plans, speech-language goals, cognitive and academic-readiness targets, and parent-training cycles — sequenced and prioritized for this child. Each goal has a measurable mastery criterion, so progress is observable rather than vibes-based.

  4. 4

    Ongoing sessions + real-time tracking

Sessions run weekly or biweekly (or at a cadence the case requires). Trial-level data is recorded in real time and visible to parents through the family portal — so you don't wait for a quarterly meeting to see if the plan is working. Between sessions, parents and assigned educators can log structured observations through the platform.

  5. 5

    Quarterly review + adaptation

Every three months we step back together: what's been mastered, what's stalled, what new priorities the family is seeing, what the data says about which programs to continue, modify, or retire. We update the plan in writing and re-set goals for the next quarter. Care evolves with the child — it isn't frozen on day one.

$149 USD · 60 min

Review progress, update strategies, address new clinical questions.

Book follow-up
Parent-led path → You don't need a clinician to start. Parents can use the same questionnaires, program library, and data-tracking tools to lead their own child's plan — and book consultations only when you want professional input. See the parent path on the home page.
For ongoing support → If your case needs continuous case management with a dedicated specialist, daily WhatsApp clinical support, and a guaranteed monthly consultation hour, see TC Personal on the upgrade page.

"Training parents and educators on Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)" — research focused on cascading evidence-based behavioral training to the adults already in a child's life: parents and classroom teachers. Coming from speech-language pathology, this work bridges two disciplines that schools and families need together — and grounds the group trainings below in research, not just practice.
